A Private Beach House Rental on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua
Rates and Policies
Rate is $300 per night for group of 3 or 4 plus $400 refundable damage deposit (US dollars).
Rate is $250 per night for group of 2 plus $400 refundable damage deposit (US dollars).
4 person maximum occupancy. No children under 10 years of age.
No pets. No parties. Failure to adhere to these policies will result
in immediate eviction from the house and full loss of rental payment and
deposit.
To confirm reservations, a 50% deposit for rental and damage deposit is required. This is
non-refundable unless the reserved dates are re-sold. Prior to
occupancy, the final 50% payment is
required.
Once you decide on your arrival and departure dates, email us the
dates and we will reply with a confirmation document. It will detail
the dates you have requested, payment amount, payment instructions and
rental policies.
Payments can then be made with a credit card through Paypal using Pay Nowbutton below. Payments can also be made by check
and mailed to our US address. Please allow enough time for second check
payment to clear prior to
occupancy.
After clicking on the Pay Now button, you will be directed
to a Paypal screen. Fill
in the amount and click on update. If you have a paypal account you can log
in and pay with paypal here. If you want to pay with a credit card, do
not log into paypal. Scroll down to the credit card link "continue"
and click on it. It will go to a page to fill in credit card information.
Surfboard rentals are $100 per week plus $300 refundable damage deposit.
Payment can be made the same way.

Check out time is 11:00am
These times are flexible if the house is unoccupied before check in or after
check out times.
