Nestled in the tropical canopy, Casa Ensueño has all the amenities to make your vacation a truly memorable experience.  The house includes air conditioning, wireless internet, hot water and a courteous support staff. 

This European style home features a stunning view of the coastline.  The house is designed to capture the continuous, tropical breeze while shaded from the afternoon sun by the hillside. This results in a natural, comfortable living environment only steps from the beach.

The Infinity Pool is your own private oasis to relax and cool off while listening to the crashing waves.  It's a great place to check out the swell before your surf session. This is also a very romantic place to watch the sunset. Don’t forget the champagne.

All you need to do is bring your groceries.  Our daytime housekeepers, Leyvis and Gloria, will cook your meals at your request and clean up afterwards.  Start your mornings off by asking them to whip up a frothy cappuccino before breakfast.  They can also prepare your dinner before leaving for the day for you to warm up or cook later. Our gardeners and night watchmen are Hamilton and Roger. They make sure the flowers are blooming, the pool is clean and your stuff is safe.  So, you'll see one of them in the daytime and one at night over a 24 hour shift. 

The Gourmet Kitchen features a nine foot island bar with built in stove that seats four. This kitchen is designed to make the cooking experience part of the entertainment … never being away from your friends. Everything you need is included- a large side by side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric can opener, large double stainless steel sink and all the necessary cooking and baking ware to prepare your feast.   

The Dining Area seats six.  As morning light fills the bay window, you will begin each new day with a breathtaking view of Los Perros point. Look closely, as you may see Costa Rica in the distance. 

The Living Room is equipped with a full entertainment and communication center.  Sliding glass doors and screens allow you to relax on the couch and feel the tropical breeze while watching satellite TV, a DVD or listening to your favorite music CD. Bring your own DVD's or pick from our growing library. Your own personal MP3 player can easily be plugged into the entertainment center. The house is wired with indoor and outdoor stereo speakers. 

If you need to stay connected with home or business, wireless internet and cell phone service is available at the house.  A computer is provided loaded with Skype or you can connect with your own laptop.  Your US cell phone should work although rates are very expensive.  A better option is to buy a phone card from the housekeeper and use the base cell phone at the house.  

The Master Bedroom has vaulted ceilings and allows direct access to the pool though a sliding glass door. It's equipped with its own TV and DVD player.  The private bath has a large sunken tub with European shower. 

The Guest Room has two twin beds that can be combined to form one large bed.  It also has a private bathroom with shower.

The Cozy Watchtower is accessible through a circular stairway.  A great place to see the sunrise with a cup of coffee, see the sunset with a glass of wine, check out the swell lines rolling into the point, watch the pelicans dive bomb the schools of fish near shore, scan the horizon for whale plumes... Or just close your eyes and let the crashing waves resonate down your spine and through your soul.

The Large Outdoor Terrace is a terrific spot to enjoy outdoor dining and lounging overlooking beautiful Rosada beach.
