I could have used a warning....as my plan was to nap in the mid day in order

to recharge the shoulders. No way to rest in the master bedroom as every

time I opened my eyes your point was firing...I mean world class firing,

talk about a view.

All jokes aside, thank you for the total experience. The venue reminds me

of my fathers villa in Monaco ...totally over the top!

Both the Master bed A/C and main living space A/c worked very well.

A world class surf get a way...thanks for sharing and your home looks very

well maintained.

Wow, what a great place you have there. I had no idea it was going to be as beautiful as it was. I really do not think you could change anything to make it a more perfect rental...the pool guy and Guisella, the housekeeper were both very cool and they kept it immaculate. Even the surf was good 5 out of 8 days. We surfed Rosada almost exclusively.

Thanks again for everything...we will definately do it again next year.

I just wanted to send you a brief note thanking you for everything. Our vacation at Casa Ensueno was probably the most perfect and special experience we have had together as a family.

As I have previously mentioned, I have spent quite a bit of time in Las Salinas over the last few years; the people, culture, and geography, hold a very special place in my heart. It was fantastic to be able introduce my family to the area. My wife is ready to move! In fact, we are currently looking into international teaching opportunities as we both have instructional [academic] backgrounds.

Casa Ensueno was very comfortable and full of spirit. It truly was a place of dreams, and your vision and personality were evident in every corner.

P.S. Playa Rosada broke every day we were there. What an experience surfing that point alone at sunrise/sunset!

We just love your house. As a future owner of a Nica oceanfront home, it has been my pleasure to rent your home from you over the past year and it is my hope that you will come and vist us in El Astillero when we have completed our build. If you look to the north from the RS property you will see a rock island. This is the southern end of our beach which then stretches another 2.5 miles. We have quite a project beginning out there and I hope soon that we can start taking visitors as you have. Looking forward to meeting you soon.

Had a great trip! Manuel was an excellent and very professional escort. Your house was superb. Surfed your left at 2 to 3 feet so it was a bit shallow and ledgey but we saw the potential. Did not need surfboard storage as I snapped mine on day one but luckily your neighbor Michael from New Jersey had extras.

We're enjoying our last day. Said goodbye to Gizelle and Dimas (sp?) and truly have enjoyed our stay. Casa Ensueno is picture perfect. We will definitely book again! Nobody wants to leave!

I really don't have the words to tell you how much fun and joy my son and I had at your house. We discussed the trip on the flight back and rated it 9.8 on a scale of 10. Thinking about the house only puts a smile on my face. I have never felt like a King but standing and looking over the view was great. I would sit at the edge of the pool and just enjoy the sound of the waves and the country side.

The waves were great lots of power loved it.

I'd like to thank you for providing us your lovely house to stay in during our vacation. The help was great and I suppose that I tipped them somewhat graciously. We both really got our batteries recharged here. Actually, the crowd problem was more in my head than a reality. I honestly had more good surf than I could handle. The good thing about staying here for a while, is that you can keep an eye on it ALL THE TIME!. When the lobitos leave then the the big wolf has it to himself. My wife got a lot of studying done towards her goal to become a Naturaphic Doctor. We'll just continue to come back and visit.

Thank you so much for stocking the house with movies. We enjoyed watching movies every night after dinner, and we were normally done by crashed out by 10pm.

I think every one of us left skin on that damn reef out front. What a great wave.

All and all we had a fantastic time. I’ll be scheduling my next trip with you very soon.

Everything was great. I had a blast. My wife was unable to make it at the last minute. I met up with some real nice folks from bay area staying in casitas and surfed / hung with them everyday.

We finished the trip at Manzanillo yesterday with fun 4 - 5' surf. Colorado was solid everyday. I surfed Rosado a couple of times and it was a little small for that spot but could see the potential.

The house is wonderful. One big advantage of your property other than incredible vista is the small details like having sugar, H2O, aluminum foil, condiments, coffee filters, fishing poles. I have rented a lot of beach property and that is unusual - but very nice. I brought the lock and put it on the cabinet later in the day.

I did not respond in Nic to these emails as I do not have access to my work server unless I have my computer. I used your computer (oh yeah, another nice extra) to check yahoo mail.

We had a really great time. We ended up renting a 4x4 pickup that was dropped off at the gate for us. That allowed us the freedom to go into Rivas if we needed to for groceries and ATM (definitely interesting making that drive!). As well as the freedom to get fresh fish as well as fresh lobster. We really enjoyed interacting with the locals. The truck also allowed us the convenience of going to Los Perros when we wanted to. We really liked that beach for surfing and hanging out. We rented a cooler from the market and basically spent half days there a few times.

Your house is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Hamilton was great. He was a big help... showed me where to buy fresh fish, showed me how to get to Escondido and Los Peros.

Thanks again, we hope we can make this an annual event!

I just wanted to thank you and your wife for renting your house to us. We had a great time and your staff was the best A+ , they went out of there way to make our stay super comfortable. We surfed every day 2 sessions and on our day off we surfed 3 sessions. We would surf Panga in morning and Rosada in afternoon, what a combination. We went fishing one day with Wayne and had a great time, we missed the big one but caught a bunch, he is a good guy. I have been to many surf spots all over the world and yours is ranked at the top in my book . It reminds me of Costa 15 years ago. First, let me say that your set up is fantastic. Looking at the view and that left all day was mesmerizing. Your house is very well kept, and decorated. Everything was just as comfortable as home!

I left nice tips for the ladies (the food service and cleaning were awesome).

My wife Kate and I had a great time - loved the pool, beach, and those lovely ladies you have employed there!
